It's been fantastic being out in Colchester in the brilliant sunshine over the last couple of weeks, supporting the determined and proactive local Conservative Candidate for the Highwoods By-election, Paul Smith. Paul and the local Colchester team are making a strong case against the unfair Lib Dem and Labour Garden Tax which is to be imposed. Conservatives will always stand up and make the case for more efficiently run services whilst keeping costs low for residents which isn't happening at the moment with the Lib Dem/Labour disarray.
